How does the Remaris register integration work?
SiMPLi fully integrates with Remaris fiscal registers via API. Every order is automatically forwarded to the register, a fiscal receipt is issued, and data is synced in real time. No double entry required.
What if a guest has trouble ordering?
The system is intuitive, but if anything goes wrong guests can always ask staff. A waiter can ring the order in the classic way — SiMPLi sits on top of existing processes rather than replacing them.
Which payment methods do you support?
SiMPLi supports all major payment methods: cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Every transaction passes through the 3DS security protocol.
Can I customise the menu look and add my branding?
Absolutely. You can apply your logo to the menu, add photos of dishes, descriptions, allergens, and nutritional info.
